    The Barton
 The Barton is a ranch design that has just come straight off the drawing board. The plan is extremely open with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a computer area close to the kitchen, and an optional study or formal living room. The Barton is ranges in size from 2550 - 2850 square feet. 		 
         
   

The Berkley
The Berkley is a split bedroom ranch design with open living spaces. Nestled between the breakfast area and master suite lies a partially covered courtyard with an optional wet bar, which is great for the outdoor gathering. The plan includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, and study ranging from 2875-3000 sq. feet.

  
         
    The Camden
The Camden is a beautiful ranch home with an open floor plan. High ceilings in the living spaces allow this large home feel even larger, and a covered courtyard off the study provides another layer to the street appearance. This plan has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a study, and covered back porch at 3150 sq feet.		  
         
    The Crimson
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home almost combines the kitchen, breakfast area, and great room into one space. The Crimson has an optional study and an optional sunroom which adds even more depth the already large breakfast area. The plan ranges from 2540 - 2700 sq feet.		  
         
   

The Duval
The Duval is a large ranch plan Pierwood offers that ranges from 3400 - 3900 square feet. The design holds 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to4 full baths, and a large entry foyer. Directly off the back of the house is a covered back porch that is capable of keeping even the largest of families dry during that rainy day cookout.

 
         
    The Kensington
This spacious ranch home features 4 bedrooms, and 2-1/2 baths with an office which can easily convert to an optional 5th bedroom. The great room looks out onto large covered back porch. The Kensington is approximately 2400 sq feet, with a version featuring a bonus room which pushes 2650 sq feet. 		 
         
    The Largo
This 2500 square foot split bedroom ranch is open from the foyer through the great room into the kitchen and breakfast areas. The plan includes high ceilings throughout. The kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar area and a wide pantry. The Largo also has a sunny Morning room that looks out onto the covered patio. 		 
         
    The Malibu
The Malibu is a popular floor plan that has a variety of elevation options. This 4 bedroom, 2 to 3 full bath plan includes gathering area off the kitchen makes the Malibu a great space for entertaining. A see-thru fireplace divides the great room and kitchen. This plan ranges from 2300 - 2850 square feet.		  
         
    The Monaco
The Monaco is a split bedroom ranch with space for everything. The plan has 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, formal living room, dining room and large great room. The Master Suite has his and her closets and a large sitting area in the bedroom. This plan ranges in size between 2527 – 2708 sq feet. 		 
         
   

The Searsport
The Searsport is a spacious 1.5 story home with a formal living room, dining room, great room, 2 bedrooms and Master suite downstairs and 2 additional bedrooms with recreation area upstairs.     The Tenaya
The Tenaya is a split bedroom ranch with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and approximately 2400 square foot. Amenities include: High ceilings throughout the plan in foyer & dining room and vaulted great room accented by a 3-sided fireplace. 		 
         
    The Westbury
The Westbury is a 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath split bedroom ranch. A large great room has a vaulted ceiling and optional wet bar, and is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. The master suite has an extra large walk-in closet and sitting area. The plan ranges from 2430 - 2800 square feet.
