    The Alexander
 The Alexander is a two story design with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the master suite on the lower level. Ranging from 2930-3640 square feet makes the Alexander one of Pierwood's more versatile two level plans. Optional items: screen porch, sunroom, computer loft, and courtyard entry garage. 		 
         
     

The Ashton
The Ashton is a mid-sized two story design that ranges from 2650 - 2900 square feet. The plan houses 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large formal living room, and a southern front porch. With an open floor plan this house is great for entertaining guests.

  
         
   

The Augustine
The Augustine was designed to maximize a beautiful backyard view. Plan details include a downstairs master suite, screen porch, 4 secondary bedrooms, bonus room, and large recreation area upstairs. At 4750 square feet this two story house would work lovely for a large family gathering.

  
         
    The Bentley
The Bentley is another design which Pierwood provides a flexible floor plan. Containing 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this plan ranges from 2550 - 2950 square feet. A list of options include: sunroom, computer loft, open foyer, and a study / sitting room that is located in the master suite.		  
         
   

The Brentwood
The Brentwood is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 to 3.5 bath home with bay windows on both the dining room and breakfast area. Ranging from 1950 - 2650 sq feet this plan features a large bonus room, living room, and an optional two story foyer / computer loft.

  
         
    The Castleton
The Castleton is an elegant two story home with 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths. At approximately 4200 sq feet, every room in this home maximizes its footage. The home also boasts two sets of stairs leading to a vaulted recreation area on the second level with plenty of windows framing exterior views.
  
         
    The Ericson
The Ericson is a mid-size home with a more traditional two story facade. Including the master suite on the lower level, this plan has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This home also features a formal living room, two story foyer, and a second level flex space at approximately 3103 sq feet.		  
         
    The Ferguson
The Ferguson is a two story home with the master suite downstairs. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms and a secondary hall bath. An optional third bathroom is also available. A nice feature is an open area on the second level which could serve as a play area or office space. This plan ranges from 2640 - 3000 sq feet. 		 
         
    The Florence
The Florence is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a rocking chair front porch. This plan is open from the front door through the lower level back into the great room. This plan includes a second level recreation area as well as a computer loft, and ranges from 2950 - to 3120 sq feet		  
         
   

The Gyland
The Gyland is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that ranges from 2500 - 2780 sq feet. This home features a large great room, wide front porch, computer loft, and a window seat in an upstairs bedroom. With plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, and walk-in-closets in nearly every bedroom, storage is not a problem.

  
         
    The Highland
This 2 story home has a formal living room and dining room. The large family room is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. The Highland has 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, computer loft and ranges in size between 2614 - 2931. Master Suite also includes his and her closets.  		 
         
    The Keeling
The Keeling is another Pierwood design that is loaded with optional floor plan arrangements. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath design ranges from 2500 - 3200 sq feet. Features include: an optional extended kitchen island or see-through fireplace, and an optional three car garage.
  
         
    The Milledge
The Milledge is a two story design with large open family spaces on the lower floor. The plan has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with extras including a computer loft, rocking chair front porch, and covered back porch. The Milledge plan ranges from 2500 - 2700 square feet. 		 
         
    The Oakhurst
The Oakhurst is a wonderful 2-story home with 4 Bedrooms and 2-1/2 Baths. The square footage is approximately 2683 sf. The Kitchen has a chef’s island with plenty of room for preparing and cooking large meals. Extras would include optional bookcases on both sides of the fireplace.		  
         
    The Sumpter
The Sumter has between 3358 - 4186 square feet with extra large rooms that have places for everything. This 2-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a formal living, dining room, computer loft, and bonus room. Master Suite is located downstairs with a large closet and sitting area. 		 
         
      The Windsor
The Windsor features 4 bedrooms which include a guest suite downstairs and large master suite upstairs, and a total of 3-1/2 baths. This plan has formal living and dining rooms, a great room and computer loft, ranging in size between 2600 – 3100 square feet.
