One Year Builders Warranty
We, the builder, give you this warranty against any and all defects and workmanship issues that you may find in your home during the first year. The year begins on the date of closing or the date of move-in; whichever comes first.
2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program
During the first 2 years in your new home; the HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system are covered as far as defective parts and labor.
During the first 10 years that you are in your new home; your home is covered for structural defects.
